Shipping & Returns
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Custom items are processed once the item has been created / completed. Please refer to your custom order receipt for the creation / completion time of your custom item.
Items are shipped by the carrier selected by the buyer at checkout. Tracking numbers, where applicable, will be provided once the item is shipped.
Stitch Works Sewing Studio will accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations as set forth below.
- Contact us by email within 3 days of delivery at email@example.com
- Ship items back to us within 7 days of delivery
- Request an order cancellation within 12 hours of purchase
- Custom or personalized items cannot be exchanged or refunded
- Any shipping charges required to return an item/items will be the customer's responsibility
- Shipping fees will NOT be refunded in the case of a return or exchange. If you received "free shipping" on your order, the total cost of postage will be deducted from your refund
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
